Who are we?
Wolverhampton Sickle Cell Care & Social Activity Centre (WSCCSAC) was born out of the experiences of its founder, Claudette Mitchell, over 40 years ago. As a mother and wife caring for two children affected by Sickle Cell Anaemia she struggled to locate the social care support she needed. As a result, Claudette established WSCCSAC to help and support all local people suffering from the disease.
Good to see so many people out today showing support for Wolverhampton Sickle Cell Care and all the work they do within OUR
community. A worthy charity. – Service User
